ZA Card 外賣及外賣自取消費優惠推廣活動（「推廣」）條款及細則
- 推廣期為 2022 年 3 月 4 日至 2022 年 3 月 31 日（包含首尾兩日）（「推廣期」）。
- 參加本推廣代表參加者接受本條款及細則（「條款及細則」）。
- 本推廣僅適用於持有有效之 ZA Card的用戶。
參加資格
- 合資格參加活動的特選客戶（「特選客戶」）需:
- 收到由 ZA Bank發出的電郵邀請; 及
- 持有有效之ZA Card 且已成功把銀行賬戶連接至ZA Coin（由眾安國際金融服務有限公司（「ZAIF」）營運的第三方獎勵計劃）。
優惠
- 特選客戶於推廣期內用ZA Card 經指定連結在指定商戶 (定義見第 6 條) 進行合資格簽賬 (定義見第 13 條)，每消費 HKD 1 即可賺取 7 個 ZA Coin (等於 HKD 0.07) （「獎賞」）。
- 指定商戶及相應的專屬連結可參閱下表, ZA Bank可不時添加或刪除並不作另行通知:

- 特選客戶在所有指定商戶最多可賺取的 ZA Coin 數量（「上限」）為5,000 個（等於 HKD 50）。剩餘最多可賺取的 ZA Coin 數量（ 「可用限額」 ）是上限和累積已賺取 ZA Coin 之差額。
- 超過上限後，特選客戶將不會從合資格簽賬交易獲得 ZA Coin 獎賞。如果單筆合資格簽賬交易導致特選客戶獲取的 ZA Coin超過上限，則特選客戶僅獲得以上限為限的 ZA Coin。
- 合資格簽賬交易所賺取的 ZA Coin 將會在短時間内由 ZAIF存入特選客戶的「 ZA Coin」賬戶。為此 ZA Bank 將盡力向 ZAIF 提供所需資料，但對於 ZAIF 能否準確存入 ZA Coin 於參加者的「ZA Coin」賬戶、任何於 ZA Bank 控制範圍以外的錯誤或延遲存入，ZA Bank 毋須負上任何責任。
- 如賺取的 ZA Coin 單位不是整數，ZA Bank 將會調整為最接近之整數。
- 如果交易被撤回、退款、部分撤回或部分退款（「交易退回」），ZA Bank 將扣除撤回或退款金額所獲得之 ZA Coin （如有）。如果特選客戶的 ZA Coin 結餘不足，ZA Bank 會從特選客戶的 ZA Bank 港元活期賬戶扣除相當於撤回或退款金額所獲得的ZA Coin 單位可兌換的現金回贈的金額。
- 交易退回將重置或調整可用限額。
- 合資格簽賬交易是包括以ZA Card 所作之零售簽賬, 但不包括取消，撤回或未過賬交易（包括部分或全部撤回或取消）。
- 合資格簽賬交易列表可能會不時更改並不會另行通知，ZA Bank 不會於進行交易前釐清哪些交易為不合資格簽賬交易。ZA Bank 不保證該交易是否有效賺取 ZA Coin，並且對特選客戶不承擔由於無效的交易而使特選客戶不獲得 ZA Coin 的任何責任。如有疑問請與服務供應商查詢。
兌換 ZA Coin
- ZA Coin 可於 ZA Bank App 以100 個 ZA Coin = HKD 1 的匯率兌換為現金。兌換成功后現金將會立即存入特選客戶的 ZA Bank 港元活期賬戶。每月兌換現金的上限為 HKD 10,000。有關 ZA Coin 的兌換須受「 ZA Coin 」條款及細則約束。詳情請瀏覽coin.za.group. ZA Bank 不會就有關 ZAIF 之任何改變或最新公佈通知特選客戶。
一般
- 此推廣不可與其他涉及 ZA Coin 獎賞的 ZA Card 推廣同時享有。
- 除有其他規定外，所有獎賞將不可以轉讓，退回，交換或以任何其他方式或形式發放。
- ZA Bank保留對本推廣的修訂、取消的權力，ZA Bank也無需在本條款及細則發生改變時提前通知，也沒有告知變更原因的義務。
- 若因本條款及細則或任何溝通過程中產生的任何歧義、疑問或爭議，ZA Bank擁有最終決策權而無需告知理由。
- 如特選客戶對本推廣有任何疑問，可致電3665 3665 聯絡ZA Bank。
- 除特選客戶和ZA Bank（包括其繼承人和受讓人）以外，沒有其他人有權根據《合同（第三方權利）條例》執行或享受本條款及細則任何規定的利益。
- 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其進行解釋。當事人受到香港特別行政區法院管轄。
- 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有任何歧異或不一致，概以英文版為準。
ZA Bank
ZA Card Delivery & Takeaway Spending Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion is valid from 4 March 2022 to 31 March 2022, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
- The Promotion is only applicable to cardholders of ZA Card .
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the selected customer (“Selected Customer”) must:
- Receive an invitation email sent by ZA Bank; and
- successfully linked his/her ZA bank account to ZA Coin, a third-party reward scheme operated by ZA International Financial Services Limited (“ZAIF”).
Rewards
- During Promotion Period, Selected Customers can earn 7 ZA Coin (equal to HKD 0.07) (“Rewards”) for every HKD 1 spent on Eligible Transaction (as defined under Clause 13) in Designated Merchants via designated URLs (as defined under Clause 6).

ZA Bank may add or remove the merchants from time to time without further notice.
- Maximum Rewards for all Designated Merchants that each Selected Customer can earn (“Cap”) is 5,000 ZA Coin (equal to HKD 50). Available limit of ZA Coin is the difference between the Cap and the accumulated ZA Coin earned.
- Selected Customer will not earn any ZA Coin from Eligible Transactions made after exceeding the Cap. If a single Eligible Transaction results in Selected Customer receiving more than the Cap, Selected Customer will receive the ZA Coin up to the Cap only.
- ZA Coin earned from an Eligible Transaction shall be credited to Selected Customer’s ZA Coin account operated by ZAIF within short amount of time. ZA Bank will use its best endeavour to provide the necessary information to ZAIF to facilitate this purpose, however ZA Bank makes no warranty that the ZA Coin earned will be accurately credited to ZA Coin account operated by ZAIF and accepts no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of ZA Coin to Selected Customer’s ZA Coin account for any reason beyond ZA Bank’s control.
- If the ZA Coin unit earned is not an integer, ZA Bank will adjust the ZA Coin to the nearest integer.
- If a transaction is reversed, refunded, partially reversed or partially refunded (“Transaction Reversal”), ZA Bank will deduct the ZA Coin earned in relation to the reversed or refunded amount (if any). If Selected Customer’s ZA Coin balance is insufficient, ZA Bank will deduct an amount from Selected Customer’s ZA Bank HKD savings account corresponding to the cashback able to be made from the units of ZA Coin Selected Customer earned in relation to the reversed or refunded amount.
- Upon Transaction Reversal, the available limit will be reset or adjusted.
- Eligible Transaction means retail transaction made with ZA Card but does NOT include cancelled, reversed or unposted transactions (including partial or full reversal or cancellation).
- The list of Eligible Transactions may change from time to time without further notice. ZA Bank has no obligation to do clarification on eligibility of transaction before any purchase. ZA Bank will not guarantee that the transaction is eligible for earning ZA Coin and will not be liable to Selected Customer whatsoever for the ZA Coin due to any ineligible transaction. Please contact the service provider for any enquiry.
To Redeem ZA Coins
- ZA Coin can be redeemed to cash in ZA Bank App at a rate of 100 ZA Coin = HKD 1. Upon successful redemption, the cash will be deposited to Selected Customer’s ZA Bank HKD savings account instantly. The monthly cash redemption amount is capped at HKD 10,000. Terms and Conditions of ZA Coin apply for redemption. For details, please visit coin.za.group. ZA Bank is not obliged to notify Selected Customer of any changes or latest announcements of ZAIF.
General
- The Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other ZA Card offers in relation to ZA Coin rewards.
- All Rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified herein.
- ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Promotion, and to amend or revise any of these T&Cs in relation to the Promotion from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these T&Cs or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If the Selected Customer has any enquiries towards the Promotion, please contact ZA Bank at 3665 3665.
- No one other than the Selected Customer and ZA Bank (includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these T&Cs.
- These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
